The Team is Still Growing Fast

The Team is Growing Steadily!

Since my last update we have 10 new members on the team!

We are up 42 members!

I've personally spoken to 6 members of team that are out
there right now taking MASSIVE ACTION to grow their
businesses, so our growth shouldn't slow down anytime soon.

Not bad for a little over 2 weeks if you asked me.

I wanted to take some time to describe my personal goals and
business plan to you all as a team.

My Goal:

My personal goal with this business is to generate enough
income to pay for my younger brother's college education.

He's in the 9th grade, so I have three years to make this
all happen. He's a real smart kid and I don't want him to
have any obstacles when it comes time for him to continue his
education.

And of course, I wouldn't mind a little financial freedom
for myself.

With that said,

Here is my personal 1 year business plan:

1. Write 30 article on the topic of network marketing and
Internet marketing a month for online distribution for the
next 12 month's. All with links pointing to lead capture page
in my resource box. (this will help further me as an expert
and generate long term traffic)

I personally think writing article is one of the best ways
to generate long term traffic to your site. If you all want

2. Attempt 25 JV deals with either big internet marketers or
network marketers a month if possible.

3. Budget $150 for PPC and Ezine Ads a month

you have to do is make sure it's successful.

Create a 1 year business plan

Then just follow your plan

Have a must do attitude

Weekend Update!

Things are really moving along smoothly.

I've recruited 2 new people since my last post and
I used the majority of the weekend to test one of
my new lead capture pages.

I'd like to share my results:

Lead capture page:

(the advantage of using this page is it leads
to a higher opt in rate than the traditional lead
capture page becuase it only collects name and
email as opposed to collecting name, email, phone,
and country)

Results:

45 opt ins
2 new recruits


Conclusion:

Higher opt in rate does not lead to an overall
higher conversion. Because there is less information
provided for each lead captured the leads tend to be
less targeted so I will discontinue using the new lead
capture page and I will continue to use older more
established version.
